1. Have you used tobacco within the last month?

2. Are you using tobacco now?

3. Have you been caught with a tobacco product on campus?

4. Would you like to quit using tobacco but don’t know where to go for help?

Did you answer “YES” to any of the questions? The perfect activity for you is “Smokeless Saturday.” This free event takes place every month for three (3) Saturdays. You will learn from Social Workers, not Teachers, how to lead a healthier life style. To help begin this new life style, Smokeless Saturday will feed you during the day. This all takes place at Downey High School, in a safe and nurturing environment. Make the choice today to be Tobacco Free, by contacting Carmen Starr in room H-3 (Tobacco Education Center), Chris Robinson in room T-4 or any Administrator for more details.
